The company was established in 1993.
VDG EAD is 100% privately owned. The company is registered as one of the first foreign investors in Bulgaria. The main activity of the company is import and distribution of chocolate, biscuits, protein products, confectionery, dietary products, seasonal items, chips and snacks from Belgium, Holland, Germany, Poland, Spain and Slovakia.
The company was established in March 1993 as a joint stock company and is registered as a large foreign investor. Since 2001 the main shareholders are Ms. Evelina Ivanova and Mr. Vladimir Ivanov. The main areas of activity of the company are import and distribution of fast moving consumer goods - confectionery, seasonal items and light snacks.
